Monaco hitman Radamel Falcao has refuted speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea by describing a potential switch as 'impossible'.
The former Porto striker was heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge prior to joining the Ligue 1 outfit, but rumours have re-surfaced in recent months that the Blues remain keen to capture the Colombia international.
Although the 27-year-old sang the praises of Jose Mourinho, Falcao states that working with the 'eccentric' Portuguese at West London "does not seem possible".
He told Sky Sports Italia: "Would I like to play with Mourinho? I'd never considered it. As of today it doesn't seem possible, as we are on two very different paths and I have a five-year contract with Monaco.
"But Mourinho is a coach with a fantastic career, the titles that he has won speak for him and nobody can deny his capabilities.
"He has a different style, people might not like him, but that makes him special and football enjoy his eccentricity."
Falcao - whose contract expires in 2018 - has struck nine times in 16 league appearances for the Principality club this season, helping Claudio Ranieri's men to second behind defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in the standings.
