Chelsea have reportedly been offered a deal to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blues have added Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and Carney Chukwuemeka to their squad this summer, while they have also confirmed the signing of Wesley Fofana.
They are still looking to strengthen in the final third before the transfer window shuts, with Barcelona forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang linked with a move.
However, according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have been given the chance to sign Neymar, with PSG open to selling the Brazil international.
PSG are trying to offload players to avoid breaching UEFA's Financial Fair Play guidelines after spending over £100m this summer.
The French champions are believed to be considering departures for Lionel Messi or Neymar, with the latter offered to Chelsea.
However, Neymar is keen to stay with Messi at PSG, while a deal to sign the 30-year-old could also prove difficult to wrap up before Thursday's deadline.
