Chelsea join Liverpool and Spurs in the race to sign Partizan Belgrade teenager Lazar Markovic.

Chelsea have reportedly joined the chase to sign Partizan Belgrade youngster Lazar Markovic.

The 18-year-old attacking-midfielder has also been linked with moves to Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

Partizan, who are currently managed by former Blues boss Avram Grant, are thought to be keen on letting the teenager leave for Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Mail.

However, the recently-capped Serbian international could cost the Premier League club up to £16m.
