Barcelona are reportedly planning to table a bid for Chelsea's Neymar.

Barcelona are reportedly preparing a bid for Chelsea defender David Luiz.

Barca president Sandro Rosell has already made discreet enquiries about the player ahead of a formal offer, according to The Mirror.

The Spanish giants are also believed to have asked Neymar to recommend the move to his fellow Brazil international, but are unlikely to bid more than £30m.

Luiz, who signed a long-term deal with Chelsea last summer, has received assurances from manager Jose Mourinho that he is part of his plans next season.
