Chelsea new boy Mykhaylo Mudryk will be in contention to make his debut for the club when they take on Liverpool in Saturday's Premier League clash at Anfield.
The £88.5m attacker was unveiled at Stamford Bridge in last weekend's win over Crystal Palace and has taken part in training at Cobham ahead of his expected debut, which may come from the bench.
Blues boss Graham Potter is still working without a plethora of players in the suspended Joao Felix alongside Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana, Ben Chilwell, Christian Pulisic, Edouard Mendy, N'Golo Kante, Reece James, Armando Broja and Denis Zakaria, while Kai Havertz missed training on Wednesday for unexplained reasons.
Havertz's availability will remain shrouded in uncertainty until Potter gives his pre-match update, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a straight swap for the German up top if need be, unless Potter takes a punt on David Datro Fofana.
Hakim Ziyech and Mason Mount should link up with Aubameyang in the final third, while Jorginho and Conor Gallagher can feel confident of holding their midfield places, but Mateo Kovacic should push for a return over Carney Chukwuemeka.
Lewis Hall did not do a lot wrong against Palace and could keep Marc Cucurella at bay again, while the versatile Trevoh Chalobah is primed to start on the right over Cesar Azpilicueta as he aims to keep Cody Gakpo quiet.
Benoit Badiashile and Thiago Silva both impressed against Palace and should pair up in front of Kepa Arrizabalaga, who also came up with a number of crucial saves in that London derby.
Chelsea possible starting lineup: Kepa; Chalobah, Badiashile, Silva, Hall; Kovacic, Jorginho, Gallagher; Ziyech, Aubameyang, Mount
