Thorgan Hazard targets Chelsea return

Thorgan Hazard claims that he will not be returning to Belgium when his loan spell with Zulte Waregem finishes at the end of the season.

Thorgan Hazard has suggested that he is aiming to make an impact in the Chelsea first-team squad next season.

Hazard, brother of Chelsea's Eden, has impressed on loan at Zulte Waregem this season but he insists that he will not return to the Belgian club when his temporary deal expires in the summer.

"I'll begin at Chelsea," Hazard said. "We'll see - it's all too far off for now. We can't forget Playoffs 1 (the final stage of the Pro League campaign). We want to perform in that.

"After that, though, I will leave Belgium."

The 20-year-old joined Chelsea from Lens in the summer of 2012.
