Report: John Terry stands by international retirement decision

A report says that Chelsea captain John Terry will not be ending his international exile with England.

John Terry reportedly has no intention of coming out of international retirement.

The centre-back's performances for Chelsea this season had resulted in reports that he could make himself available for selection to England coach Roy Hodgson for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.

However, there are no plans in place for the 33-year-old to reverse the decision that he made back in September 2012, according to PA.

Terry represented England at senior level on 78 occasions, scoring six goals in the process.
