Jose Mourinho still unhappy with referee Chris Foy

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho believes that Ramires's challenge on Karim El Ahmadi on Saturday was a result of decisions not going his side's way all game.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has expressed his belief that Ramires's tackle on Karim El Ahmadi at the end of his side's match against Aston Villa on Saturday was a result of other decisions not going their way.

Ramires went in with a raised boot on the Villa player, a challenge that earned him a straight red card from referee Chris Foy, who had earlier dismissed Willian and proceeded to send Mourinho to the stands.

However, when asked whether he had spoken to Ramires over the challenge, Mourinho suggested that there were much more important issues to be raised from their 1-0 defeat.

"Don't you have other things to ask about that game more important than Ramires' tackle on minute 92? You think that in that game the most important thing was Ramires' tackle in minute 92?" Mourinho told reporters.

"I don't want to answer, because I feel that what happened on minute 92 was a consequence of the other 92 minutes that we played before that.

"I'm sorry if I'm wrong or if you don't agree with me, but I think if you want to ask you should ask about what made that tackle happen. But that's just my opinion."

After the match, Mourinho suggested that Foy should not officiate Chelsea games in the future, comments that could be investigated by the FA.
