Jose Mourinho: 'I celebrate titles for five minutes and then move on'

Jose Mourinho explains that if Chelsea clinch the Premier League title this Sunday, he will celebrate the moment for five minutes and will then move on.

Jose Mourinho has explained that if Chelsea clinch the Premier League title this Sunday against Crystal Palace, he will celebrate the moment for five minutes and will then move on.

The Blues can win the title with a victory over Alan Pardew's Palace, putting them 16 points clear with just three games remaining, as the table stands.

However, the Portuguese boss says that he cherishes memories more than the medals and this weekend will be no different if Chelsea can claim all three points.

"I have replicas of every cup I won, and I don't care about the replicas. Or the medals. I really don't care. What stays forever is the feeling, the emotion, the memory of the moment. I have clear in my memory every one of these moments," Mourinho told Sky Sports News.

"You have like a flash of the people you love most, the people who are with you, a little bit of the most important moments that lead to that trophy.

"It's like a quick flash. And, with me, five minutes later, move on. The meaning is the important thing. The feeling, the emotion is what stays forever."

Arsenal, who have a game in hand, are the only team that can catch Chelsea if the West London side fail to beat Palace this weekend.
