Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech believes that the Blues are more than capable of coping without captain John Terry.
The former England international is facing a spell on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury during the Blues' 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Sunday.
"We managed to play games without John, last season and this," The Express quotes Cech as saying.
"We have players who will have the chance to impress. So I have confidence. It's a pity we will lose him again but we have quality defenders and this is a chance for others to shine."
Terry's return to Roberto Di Matteo's side at the weekend came after the centre-back served a four-match ban for racially abusing Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand.
