Rafael Benitez says that he is "pleased" with Chelsea's 1-0 win against Norwich City away from home in the Premier League.

Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez has said that he is "pleased" with his side's performance against Norwich City in the Premier League.

Juan Mata scored the only goal of the game as the Blues won 1-0 at Carrow Road to make it three league victories in a row.

"We knew that was a difficult pitch," Benitez told BBC Sport. "They won against Manchester United and Arsenal.

"It was tough but I was really pleased with the performance of the players.

"The team are showing character. I am really pleased with the workrate and the style of play."

Chelsea remain third in the Premier League table.
