Good afternoon! It's almost time for Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho to speak to the media ahead of his side's trip to Crystal Palace this weekend.

The manager will be provided a fitness update on his squad, with many of the club's players having been in action during the international break.

Here's Mourinho leading his players out to training earlier:

One of the players Mourinho is likely to be asked about is Diego Costa. The striker, who is the league's leading scorer, was struggling with a hamstring problem prior to the international break, but did feature in both of Spain's Euro 2016 qualifiers.

Chelsea are still unbeaten in the league this season. Last time out, they beat Arsenal 209, leaving them five points clear at the top of the table. They're only dropped points so far came from a draw with champions Manchester City.

It's a busy week for Chelsea. As well as this match tomorrow, Chelsea are in Champions League action in the week, and travel to Manchester United next weekend.

Mourinho has just arrived, so let's see what he has to say this week...

Mourinho starts with an injury update. He reveals that Diego Costa is a doubt for the game, while Ramires, Drogba, Mikel and Schirrle will all need late fitness tests.

On Costa's fitness problems, Mourinho adds: "The Spanish team played in Luxembourg on Sunday. I gave [the Spanish players] two days off so they have to report to train Wednesday at 3pm. Diego was here Monday at 9am so you can imagine how strong he was."

When asked about his players featuring for their national sides, Mourinho says: "It is never my initative to contact national teams or national team coaches. They have the power, we don't have the power."

Last season, the team lost 1-0 at Crystal Palace, which all but ended their chances of winning the title. Mourinho concedes that they deserved the loss: "It was one of those games where I deserved to lose, I accept that in a normal way. It is easy for me to analyse. In every aspect of the game they were better than us."

In his press conference, Neil Warnock compared the Chelsea boss to Brian Clough, but Mourinho has dismissed the link: "I feel flattered but there is no comparison. What he did with Nottingham Forest stays forever. He is a legend in English football."

Mourinho was pushed by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger in the meeting between the two sides earlier this month. When asked about the incident, Mourinho tells reporters: "I have no reaction. You had my reaction after the match when I told you nothing happened. You had a reaction from the FA that nothing happened."

Mourinho admits that Warnock is a difficult opponent: "He is a great motivator, I was behind his dugout for the playoff final against Watford. The way he feels the game and interacts with the game, if he does that during the week I think he brings his players to the best. He's a difficult opponent."

Southampton boss Ronald Koeman beat Mourinho to the Premier League Manager of the Month, something which Mourinho has admitted that the Saints boss "deserved to win".

He adds: "Ronald Koeman deserves the award. He's a great guy and a good friend. The second reason I'm happy is that the Manager of the Month always loses the next match. Swansea boss Garry Monk lost against us."

And that's all from Mourinho this week. So there are a few injury concerns following the busy international schedule. To find out who does feature for the Blues, join us again tomorrow afternoon for live coverage of the match from an hour before kickoff. Until then, thanks for joining me this afternoon. Goodbye.
