Team News: Fernando Torres out, Samuel Eto'o in for Chelsea

Fernando Torres has been dropped in favour of Samuel Eto'o for tonight's Champions League clash against Schalke at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has dropped Fernando Torres in favour of Samuel Eto'o for tonight's visit of Schalke 04 in the Champions League.

Torres started the 2-0 defeat against Newcastle United on Saturday, but the Portuguese coach has opted to name the former Barcelona man as the lone striker for the game against the Bundesliga outfit this evening.

For Schalke, coach Jens Keller has named Julian Draxler and Kevin-Prince Boteng in his midfield, as they look to avenge their 3-0 defeat to the Blues back on October 22.

Chelsea: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Mikel; Schurrle, Oscar,Willian; Eto'o.

Schalke: Hildebrand; Uchida, Howedes, Matip, Aogo; Neustädter, Jones, Draxler, Boateng; Fuchs, Szalai
