Charlton Athletic identify Guy Luzon as new manager?

Charlton Athletic reportedly identify former Standard Liege boss Guy Luzon as their top managerial target.

Guy Luzon has reportedly taken the lead in the race to be named Charlton Athletic's next head coach.

The Addicks are without a boss after Bob Peeters was sacked on Sunday following an eight-game winless spell.

If Luzon were appointed, it would again display a Belgian bias after Peeters was also brought in for a strong performance in the Belgian Pro League.

Luzon's last job was with Standard Liege, who are also owned by Charlton majority shareholder Roland Duchatelet, but the Israeli was sacked last year despite guiding the club to a second-place finish in 2013-14.
