Report: Celtic youngster Liam Henderson heading for Norway

Young Celtic midfielder Liam Henderson is reportedly close to making a loan switch to Norwegian side Rosenborg.

The 18-year-old has made 15 appearances for the Scottish champions this term, but his starting opportunities have been limited of late.

That has alerted Rosenborg, who have had an approach accepted by Celtic boss Ronny Deila, according to the Daily Record.

Talks are now expected to take place between Henderson and Rosenborg officials within the next 24 hours.

Clubs in Norway have until tomorrow evening to complete their transfer deals ahead of the new season.
