Team News: Craig Bellamy returns to Cardiff City lineup

Craig Bellamy returns from injury to start for Cardiff against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Craig Bellamy has returned to the Cardiff City starting XI for their trip to Crystal Palace today after missing the midweek win over Millwall with injury.

The Welshman forms part of a new-look attack, with Heidar Helguson awarded a start alongside Bellamy in place of Nicky Maynard, who could miss the rest of the season with knee ligament damage.

Craig Noone drops to the bench despite scoring against the Lions, with Scotland international Don Cowie taking his berth in midfield.

Palace make four changes to the side that conceded a late equaliser to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.

Jonathan Parr, Yannick Bolasie and Andre Moritz were all used as substitutes against the Reds, but are handed starts for the visit of the Bluebirds.

Former Cardiff defender Danny Gabbidon signed on at Selhurst Park this week, but is not in the squad to face his boyhood club.

Palace: Speroni; Blake, Ramage, Delaney, Parr; Jedinak, Dikgacoi; Zaha, Moritz, Bolasie; Murray

Cardiff: Marshall; McNaughton, Taylor, Hudson, Connolly; Whittingham, Gunnarsson, Cowie, Smith; Bellamy, Helguson
