Cardiff City have reportedly spoken to four potential candidates to replace manager Malky Mackay.
Club owner Vincent Tan has reportedly informed Mackay that he should either resign or face being sacked, after Tan disagreed with the Scot's plea to add to his squad in January.
According to Sky Sports News, the club have already targeted a replacement for the 41-year-old, who was missing from the club's pre-match press conference ahead of their match with Liverpool on Saturday.
Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is favourite with several bookmakers to take over at the Cardiff City Stadium.
