Burnley sign Matt Taylor, Marvin Sordell

Burnley complete deals to take midfielder Matt Taylor and striker Marvin Sordell to Turf Moor.

Midfielder Matt Taylor and striker Marvin Sordell have both made the move to Premier League newcomers Burnley.

Taylor has arrived at Turf Moor after being released by West Ham United in May, and the left-sided player has penned a two-year deal with the Clarets.

Sordell has left Bolton Wanderers to make the short move across Lancashire for a fee in the region of £500,000 to become Burnley's fourth signing of the summer.

Winger Michael Kightly and goalkeeper Matthew Gilks have already been acquired by manager Sean Dyche.
