Burnley boss Sean Dyche has been named Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for October.
The 42-year-old, who also won the award in September, was chosen ahead of Derby County's Steve McClaren, Leicester City's Nigel Pearson and Charlton Athletic's Chris Powell.
He led the Clarets to victory in all four fixtures last month, helping them to the top of the table.
Their most crucial win was over fellow promotion rivals Queens Park Rangers, courtesy of two second-half goals from Danny Ings.
The 21-year-old forward joined his manager in celebration as he scooped the Player of the Month accolade.
"Danny has a desire to learn and improve, and is making very good strides on his journey into developing into a fine young player," said Dyche.
"In my opinion, he is fully deserving of this award."
Middlesbrough's Albert Adomah, Emmerson Boyce of Wigan Athletic and Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury were also on the shortlist.
