Steve Cotterill wants January additions

Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill reiterates his desire to bring in new signings during this month's transfer window.

Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill has reiterated his desire to bring in new signings during this month's transfer window.

Cotterill has already used more than 25 different players in League One this season, but he is keen to add more quality to his squad to boost the Robins' chances of avoiding relegation.

Speaking after today's 1-1 draw with Watford in the FA Cup, Cotterill told reporters: "Hopefully we'll get a few things down in the transfer market. I haven't stopped on that front."

City are currently 22nd in the League One table, two points from safety.
