Mark Warburton coy on Liam Moore rumours

Mark Warburton refuses to be drawn on the speculation linking out-of-favour Leicester defender Liam Moore with a switch to Brentford.

Brentford boss Mark Warburton has played down talk of a move for out-of-favour Leicester City defender Liam Moore.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a return to Griffin Park following a loan spell two years ago, but Warburton refused to be drawn on the speculation.

He told Sky Sports News: "Liam Moore is a Leicester player and it would be disrespectful for me to say anything about him.

"I know Liam well, my son was in the same youth team as him and he came on loan to us previously.

"He's a very impressive young player, but he is not my player to talk about."

Moore is contracted to the Foxes until 2017.
