Sports Mole rounds up all the action from League One on Tuesday.

Brentford have continued their push for a top-two finish in League One with a 2-1 home victory over Swindon Town.

The visitors pulled ahead through Simon Ferry after the half-hour mark, but second-half goals from Sam Saunders and Clayton Donaldson helped the hosts leapfrog the Robins into third in the table, just a point behind second-placed Sheffield United.

Promotion-chasing Yeovil Town, though, failed to muster all three points from their home match against Crawley Town, as they conceded twice in the second half to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Bournemouth, however, enhanced their chances of a top-six finish as they beat Stevenage 1-0 away, Brett Pitman's first-half penalty proving the difference between the two teams.

Elsewhere in League One on Tuesday, Coventry City drew 2-2 with Colchester United at home, Shrewsbury Town beat Milton Keynes Dons 3-1 away, Notts County lost 1-0 to Preston North End and Walsall scored twice in the second half to beat Tranmere Rovers 2-0.

Portsmouth remain in danger of suffering relegation as they went down 1-0 at Leyton Orient, Shaun Batt with the winner for the hosts on 57 minutes; Pompey are second from bottom.

League One results in full: Brentford 2-1 Swindon, Coventry 2-2 Colchester, Leyton Orient 1-0 Portsmouth, MK Dons 2-3 Shrewsbury, Notts County 0-1 Preston, Stevenage 0-1 Bournemouth, Walsall 2-0 Tranmere, Yeovil 2-2 Crawley
