Luiz Felipe Scolari says that he feels no pressure returning to the Brazil job 10 years after winning the World Cup.

New Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has revealed that he does not feel under pressure leading Brazil at their home World Cup in 2014.

Scolari is returning to coach Brazil 10 years after winning the 2002 World Cup, but says that the majority of the pressure is on his players.

"I'm not feeling under pressure, but very happy," BBC Sport quotes Scolari as saying. "When the FA president called me last Tuesday and confirmed that I was the chosen one, I thanked him a thousand times.

"I was under pressure the first time, when we were in danger of not going to the World Cup.

"The players are those who always have pressure over them, I don't."

Scolari's appointment was announced earlier today.
