Nathan Clarke joins Bradford City

Former Leyton Orient defender Nathan Clarke signs a 12-month contract with League One side Bradford City.

Bradford City have completed the signing of Nathan Clarke on a one-year contract.

The defender had been available on a free transfer for a short period of time following his release by Leyton Orient last week.

"Having played against a lot of the players here, I know they are a great bunch of lads. I just can't wait to get involved now," the 31-year-old told the club's official website.

"All of my career has been played at League One level so I hope I can bring that experience to the team."

Clarke made 131 appearances for Orient following his 2012 arrival from Huddersfield Town.
