Stuart McCall 'agrees in principle to return to Bradford City as manager'

Stuart McCall reportedly agrees in principle to become Bradford City boss for a second spell in charge.

Stuart McCall has reportedly agreed a deal in principle to take over as Bradford City manager for a second spell.

The 52-year-old, who managed the side from 2007 to 2010, has been out of work since leaving Rangers at the end of the 2014-15 season.

According to BBC Sport, McCall's return to Bradford could be confirmed this weekend.

The former Motherwell boss will replace Phil Parkinson, who recently switched to fellow League One side Bolton Wanderers.

McCall, who spent 10 years of his playing career across two spells at Bradford, will walk away from Gordon Strachan's backroom team with Scotland if appointed at Valley Parade.
