Report: Middlesbrough accept Bournemouth bid for Lee Tomlin

Middlesbrough reportedly accept a bid of £3m from Bournemouth for forward Lee Tomlin.

Bournemouth have reportedly had a £3m offer for Middlesbrough forward Lee Tomlin accepted by the Championship side.

Tomlin, 26, scored 10 goals in 50 Boro appearances last term, but he has barely featured in pre-season under Aitor Karanka.

That alerted Bournemouth and, according to The Gazette, the initial fee for Tomlin will be £3m, but the deal could rise to £3.5m with add-ons.

Bournemouth have already signed six players this summer since their first ever promotion to the Premier League, one of whom was Max Gradel from Saint-Etienne earlier today.
