Cardiff City's Adam Le Fondre to join Bolton Wanderers on loan?

Adam Le Fondre is reportedly going to leave Cardiff City on loan for fellow Championship side Bolton Wanderers before the transfer deadline.

Bolton Wanderers are reportedly poised to sign Adam Le Fondre on loan from fellow Championship side Cardiff City.

The 28-year-old striker joined Cardiff last summer after three seasons at Reading, but has scored just three league goals in 19 starts.

According to BBC Sport, Le Fondre will join Neil Lennon at Bolton at some point this week, but will not be able to face former club Rotherham United on Tuesday.

Le Fondre has averaged 18.5 league goals in the previous six seasons.
