A report claims that Birmingham City are close to signing former Norwich City midfielder Tom Adeyemi.

Birmingham City have reportedly won the race for former Norwich City midfielder Tom Adeyemi.

The 21-year-old, who left the Canaries at the end of last season, is available on a free transfer this summer.

A number of clubs have been linked with his services, but according to Sky Sports News, Blues boss Lee Clark is close to securing his signature for the new Championship season.

Adeyemi spent last season on loan at Brentford, making 39 appearances for the League One outfit.
