Team News: Robert Lewandowski leads Bayern Munich line at Werder Bremen

Bayern Munich keep their faith in lone striker Robert Lewandowski as they prepare to face hosts Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich have kept their faith in lone striker Robert Lewandowski as they travel to face Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga this afternoon.

The frontman is to be supported by the attacking qualities of Mario Gotze and Thomas Muller, with Bastian Schweinsteiger and Sebastian Rode looking to control the middle of the pitch.

Hosts Bremen will be led out by a front two of Fin Bartels and Davie Selke, while a midfield four of Philipp Bargfrede, Clemens Fritz, Zlatko Junuzovic and Levin Oztunali will operate a little deeper.

Sebastian Prodl is to provide some experience at the back, alongside Theodor Gebre Selassie, Santiago Garcia and Jannik Vestergaard.

Werder Bremen: Wolf; Gebre Selassie, Prodl, Vestergaard, Garcia, Bargfrede, Fritz, Junuzovic, Oztunali, Bartels, Selke
