Preview: Bournemouth vs. Barnsley

Sports Mole look ahead to a Championship clash between Bournemouth and Barnsley as the Tykes look to end their away-day jinx.

Bournemouth are looking for an instant response to their first home defeat of the season last weekend when they host Barnsley in the Championship on Tuesday night.

Eddie Howe's side failed to press home a one-man advantage in a 2-1 defeat against Blackpool on Saturday, suffering their third defeat in their last four games.

The Cherries will take on a Barnsley side who pushed Nottingham Forest in a five-goal thriller last weekend, before falling to a late 3-2 defeat that should give them some hope of ending an away-day hoodoo.

David Flitcroft's team have failed to earn a win on the road since last February, with just one home victory to show for their opening six games league this season.
