Report: Marc Bartra not interested in leaving Barcelona

A report claims that Marc Bartra will reject outside interest to remain with Barcelona.

Barcelona centre-back Marc Bartra will reportedly reject outside interest to sign a new contract with the Spanish champions.

The 22-year-old has featured heavily for the first team this season due to a number of defensive injuries, but he continues to be linked with a move away from Camp Nou.

However, according to Sport, the defender is not interested in departing for England or Germany and will signal his intent to remain in Spain this week.

The Spanish international has already made 14 appearances this season, just two short of his overall total in the previous campaign.
