Former Brazil boss Luiz Felipe Scolari urges Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar to re-join Barcelona this summer.

Former Brazil boss Luiz Felipe Scolari has urged Neymar to re-join Barcelona this summer.

The 28-year-old continues to be linked with a return to the club that he left to join Paris Saint-Germain.

Neymar is said to be keen to secure a move to Camp Nou during this summer's transfer window, although the South American would allegedly have to accept a £26m pay cut in order for the deal to go through.

Scolari was the attacker's manager at international level between 2012 and 2014, and the 71-year-old has told the former Santos youngster to seek a return to the Catalan giants.

"To Neymar, I'd tell him today, knowing what I know, go back, go back to Barcelona. If the chance comes up, you will go back to having the chance to be the best player in the world, in equal conditions with those players that are always chosen," Scolari told Fox Sports.

Neymar has scored 69 times in 80 appearances for PSG in all competitions.
