Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has blasted Barcelona for their handling of star striker Neymar.
It has recently been discovered that the 21-year-old may suffer from anaemia after losing seven kilos following surgery.
Scolari believes that the Spanish champions should have taken better care of the striker in his recovery from surgery.
"It's unacceptable for Neymar to have anaemia," he told reporters. "He was with Barcelona before the Confederations Cup and he was fine.
"At the moment it's clear he's not the same, he underwent surgery.
"It seems it was that lot (Barcelona), who know everything, who are always right. It's obvious Neymar was going to lose weight after the surgery."
Neymar joined Barcelona for £49.5m from Santos.
