Atletico Madrid striker Adrian has stated that his side can beat Barcelona when the two face off on Sunday.

Adrian, 24, has scored 13 times for Los Colchoneros this season, and is confident of securing a result against the current La Liga champions.

"Beating Barca? Anything is possible at the Calderon. This is very important match. We have to try to continue on this path and continue doing our work," Adrian told AS.

"It will be a very good match, very hard, too, but we have to give our all to win. We cannot get relaxed at any moment."

Atletico Madrid currently sit eighth in La Liga.
