Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak says that he 'does not know what will happen in the future' amid suggestions that he could leave Spain this summer.

Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak has said that he 'does not know what will happen' as speculation surrounding his future continues to gather pace.

Oblak, 25, has gone from strength to strength since joining Atletico from Benfica in the summer of 2014, and has kept 29 clean sheets in 48 appearances for his Spanish club this term.

A number of teams are believed to be interested in the Slovenian, but Atletico boss Diego Simeone said earlier this week that he was determined to keep the stopper at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Following Wednesday's 3-0 win over Marseille in the Europa League final, Oblak admitted that he was currently focused on this weekend's La Liga clash with Eibar rather than his own future.

"People talk about things, they have their opinions, but I've always said I have a contract here and I don't know what will happen in the future," Oblak told reporters.

"I am still here and I'm not thinking of anything else but Sunday when we need a point to finish second. This is an important moment as we have won a title after quite a long time, so we are happy and it's important for us all."

Arsenal and Liverpool are both believed to be interested in signing Oblak this summer.
