Aston Villa defender Nathan Baker has admitted that he is feeling comfortable with life in the first team.

The 21-year-old has started Villa's last five games in all competitions and recently received the praise of manager Paul Lambert.

When asked if he was at ease with playing in the top flight, Baker told the club's official website: "I do feel comfortable in the Premier League now, yes.

"Obviously you want to keep playing and playing. The manager has obviously given me my chance to play so hopefully I can impress him and carry on."

Villa continue their league campaign on Sunday when they travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea.
