AS Monaco striker Radamel Falcao has said that he expects the club to sign more players this summer.

The 27-year-old recently moved to the wealthy French outfit from Atletico Madrid for a fee in the region of £50m.

The Colombian international has hinted that the club should be looking to add more big-money signings to their squad.

"The project at Monaco is a long-term one," Falcao told Antena3.

"We want to be playing at a high level of European football and I look forward to other top players arriving at the club in the coming weeks."

Monaco have also signed Porto duo Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez ahead of next season.
