Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi could reportedly complete a move away from the Emirates during the January transfer window.
The German, signed by the Gunners in 2014, has been reduced to just three Premier League appearances to far this season.
Despite a recent major injury to Calum Chambers, it is claimed that Mustafi is nonetheless open to securing a move away from North London this month.
According to The Mirror, the defender's new team of representatives are pushing for talks with Arsenal in order to test the club's resolve.
Mikel Arteta, appointed as Gunners boss last month, now faces a decision over whether to sanction a move away for Mustafi or keep the player as another defensive option.
Reports have linked Arsenal with wanting another defender in this window, with Juventus duo Daniele Rugani and Merih Demiral mentioned as targets.
