Lille sporting director Luis Campos has revealed that the club will cash in on Nicolas Pepe this summer if Arsenal or Barcelona meet his valuation.
The 23-year-old has earned links with a move to both clubs in recent weeks on the back of an impressive season-and-a-half spell with the French side.
Pepe, also rumoured to be on the radars of Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, has netted 29 goals in 62 Ligue 1 matches since the start of the last campaign.
Lille are open to offers for the Ivory Coast international, who is believed to be valued at £72m.
"We are not a rich club," Campos told Telefoot. "It means that if a really good proposal comes in for Pepe, we have to sell him."
Only Paris Saint-Germain pair Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani have more goals to their names in Ligue 1 this term.
