Juventus sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed an interest in signing Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski in the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old has found first-team opportunities hard to come by since returning from a long-term hamstring injury last December.
On Thursday, the Germany international hinted of a move away from the Emirates Stadium, and Marotta claims that Turin is an option for him if he wishes.
"If there is a possibility in January to move on the transfer market [for Podolski] we will do that," the Juve chief is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.
Podolski, a £10.9m signing from Cologne in 2012, has a further two years to run on his current deal with the Gunners.
Inter Milan are another Italian club that have been credited with an interest.
