Lazio's Brazilian attacker Hernanes is reportedly eager to seal a summer move to Arsenal.

Lazio attacker Hernanes will reportedly turn down a move to Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala because he is holding out for a summer switch to Arsenal.

Recent reports have claimed that the Gunners are keen to add the Brazilian international to their ranks.

The 26-year-old has also been linked with Anzhi, who would be able to beat any financial offer that Arsenal make the player.

Despite the financial incentive that a move to Russia would provide, Hernanes is eager to seal a move to the Emirates Stadium, according to The Mirror.

He has scored eight goals for the Sky Blues this season.
