Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang not interested in Premier League switch

Reported Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang insists that he is "happy" at Borussia Dortmund, and does not intend to leave this summer.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has dismissed suggestions that he wants to leave Borussia Dortmund by declaring himself "happy" at the club.

The Gabon international is a reported target for both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, among other top-flight teams across Europe.

However, after experiencing an impressive campaign at the Westfalenstadion last term, scoring 24 goals for Dortmund in all competitions, Aubameyang has now pledged his future to the Westphalians.

"You can take it for granted that I am not going to waste any time thinking about giving up how happy I am at Borussia, in the city of Dortmund and with this team," he told German publication Welt am Sonntag.

"Dortmund have won the title twice in the last five years, we reached a Champions League final and had Real Madrid on the brink of elimination in the group stage when they went on to win it. If I didn't believe that I could win titles with Dortmund, then I wouldn't be here."

BVB chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke recently reiterated that Aubameyang, who joined from Saint-Etienne in 2013, will not be sold this summer.
