Mikel Arteta has confirmed that he has "no plans" to allow Alexandre Lacazette to leave the club during the upcoming January transfer window.
The Arsenal forward is now in the final year of his contract with the Gunners, which means he could depart London for free at the end of the season if he chooses to.
However, during his recent pre-match press conference Arteta insisted that there are "no plans" to allow him to leave in January.
The Frenchman has scored just once in the Premier League this season, which came in the 95th minute against Crystal Palace during Arsenal's most recent outing to rescue a point for his club.
Lacazette has been linked with a move to Inter Milan in the upcoming January window, which would potentially bring an end to his five-year spell with Arsenal having joined in 2017 from Lyon.
