Arsenal have reportedly decided to try to sell midfielder Mohamed Elneny during the January transfer window.
Elneny is approaching three years with the Gunners, with the Egyptian international making a total of 56 starts and 20 substitute appearances in all competitions.
However, the 26-year-old has not played a single minute in the Premier League this season, and The Sun has suggested that the player could leave the Emirates Stadium at the start of 2019.
Manager Unai Emery is said to be ready to try to raise funds at the midway point of the season in order to bring in Villarreal's Pablo Fornals.
Elneny only penned a long-term deal with the North London outfit back in March, but it appears that Emery has decided that the defensive midfielder does not feature in his plans.
