Arsenal are reportedly preparing a summer swoop for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.
The 19-year-old, who came through the youth system at Leverkusen, has scored 11 times and registered six assists in 28 appearances in all competitions for his German club this season.
According to Calciomercato, the Gunners have been scouting Havertz throughout the campaign and are preparing to launch a bid in this summer's transfer window.
Havertz, who is a two-time Germany international, has a contract with Leverkusen until the summer of 2022.
Should Arsenal move for the teenager at the end of the season, it could signal the end of Mesut Ozil's career at the Emirates Stadium, with the experienced attacker reportedly currently being offered to a number of clubs.
Ozil only signed a new £350,000-a-week contract with the Gunners last year, but his relationship with the club is believed to be at 'breaking point'.
