Arsenal have shown an interest in Benfica defender Lorenzo Melgarejo, according to the player's agent.
The 22-year-old is reportedly valued at £5m by the Portuguese outfit, and is the subject of enquiry from the Gunners, with Arsene Wenger keen to strengthen his squad this summer.
However, the full-back's agent claims that while the North Londoners are watching Melgarejo, they are yet to launch an offer for the player.
"Arsenal and Fenerbahce have enquired about Melgarejo. But so far there has been nothing concrete," agent Juan Gabriel Appleyard told Radio Monumental.
Melgarejo appeared in the Europa League final defeat to Chelsea last month.
