Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur target Ryan Fraser 'on brink of agreeing free transfer'

Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser - strongly linked with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur - is 'on the brink' of signing a contract with a new club, according to a report.

Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser is reportedly 'on the brink' of signing a contract with a new club as he prepares to leave the Vitality Stadium this summer.

The 26-year-old's existing deal with the Cherries is due to expire at the end of June, and it is understood that he will be leaving Eddie Howe's side on a free transfer ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been strongly linked with the Scotland international, who scored seven times and registered 14 assists in the Premier League last season.

According to Football Insider, Fraser has all but agreed a contract with a new club, although the report does not reveal whether Arsenal, Spurs or indeed another club have won the race for his signature.

The attacker has struggled for consistency during the current campaign, managing just one goal and four assists in 28 Premier League appearances.

Liverpool have also previously been credited with an interest.
