Arsenal have reportedly approached Barcelona over a loan move for Brazil attacker Malcom.
The Gunners have been strongly linked with Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez this month, and it is understood that the Spaniard will move to the Emirates Stadium before the end of the January transfer window.
However, according to The Sun, Arsenal are also interested in signing Malcom, who has struggled for regular action since moving to Camp Nou during last summer's transfer window.
However, the same report has claimed that Barcelona are keen on a permanent sale rather than a loan.
The 21-year-old has only managed two goals in 12 appearances for Barcelona this season, while he has played just 118 minutes of La Liga football during the 2018-19 campaign.
Malcom has also previously been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
