Team News: Three changes for Arsenal

Arsene Wenger makes three changes to his Arsenal side for the visit of Newcastle United.

Arsene Wenger has made three changes to his Arsenal side for the visit of Newcastle United this afternoon.

Nacho Monreal and Laurent Koscielny return to the defence, with Gabriel Paulista and Kieran Gibbs dropping to the bench. In midfield, Calum Chambers makes way for Mathieu Flamini, who has overcome a late fitness test to start at the Emirates.

Steve McClaren makes two changes from the side that went down 1-0 at West Bromwich Albion on Monday, with Rob Elliot back between the sticks in place of Karl Darlow and Cheick Tiote in for the injured Vurnon Anita.

Newcastle United: Elliot, Coloccini, Janmaat, Dummett, Mbemba, Tiote, Wijnaldum, Sissoko, Colback, Mitrovic, Perez
Subs: Darlow, Lascelles, Mbabu, Toney, Thauvin, Gouffran, De Jong
