Arsenal travel to Fulham without the services of centre-back Thomas Vermaelen because of a calf strain.

A calf strain is likely to rule Thomas Vermaelen out of Arsenal's trip to Fulham on Monday evening.

The Belgian international, who suffered the injury during Saturday's 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers, has joined Andre Santos and Kieran Gibbs on the sidelines.

The match has also come too soon for full-back Bacary Sagna following his recovery from a broken leg.

Hosts Fulham will be without the injured striking duo of Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson, but Damien Duff could be recalled to the starting lineup after a spell on the treatment table.

Current form:

Fulham: WLWLDD
Arsenal: WWLWDW

Possible lineups:

Fulham: Stockdale; Kelly, Hangeland, Senderos, Riise; Duff, Murphy, Sidwell, Ruiz; Dembele, Sa.

Arsenal Szczesny; Djourou, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Coquelin; Song, Ramsey, Arteta; Walcott, Gervinho, Van Persie.

Sports Mole says: 1-1
